I decided to visit two places before I made my decision on a piano. The first place I went was a place in Murfreesboro. They were not the friendliest people, but seemed knowledgeable about pianos,and I found one that I liked. I was about to leave, and I said that I had one more place to visit before I made my decision. He asked where I was going, and I said to A Piano Place in Hermitage. Then everything changed. They began to warn me about this company, and started telling me horror story after horror story about them. At first, as I walked out, I thought how lucky I was to find out before I visited them. But by the time I got home, I decided that first of all it was completely unprofessional of the Murfreesboro business to assassinate a competitor’s character, and that I was going to find out for myself if the things they told me were true.
When I arrived at A Piano Place I found a delightful and kind older gentlemen. He put me at ease as I began to find out about his background and the pianos he had to offer. Rather than the high pressure carny type that they had portrayed, I found a person who understood my needs and truly helped me find the right piano for my daughter. The values were outstanding compared to what I had found earlier. Afterwards, I told him about what they had said to me about him. To his credit, he said nothing in retaliation about the Murfreesboro business, but that he does his best to be of help to his customers. Even though mistakes are sometimes made, he works to be sure every customer is satisfied and happy with their buying experience. Whether the charges were true or not, I don’t know, but I enjoyed my visit with Bill at APianoPlace.com.
